What is the Slumbero ritual?
Three products, sequenced into the hour before sleep. The powder gives the body the raw materials for overnight repair. The balm signals that the day is done. The capsules help the body downshift into sleep. Each one supports a different layer of the night.
How do I take the powder?
One level scoop, dry straight off the spoon, or stirred into a cool or room-temperature drink. Never hot. Heat denatures the bioactive compounds that make colostrum work. An hour before bed is the ideal window.
How do I use the balm?
After a wash, massage a small amount into arms and legs. The skin recognizes tallow as its own; the lavender carries the signal that the day is done.
How do I take the capsules?
Three capsules with water once you're in bed. Magnesium glycinate is the form the body uses to downshift into sleep, and it absorbs gently without the gut side effects of other magnesium forms.
When will I feel it?
Many people feel the calm from the magnesium and the warmth from the lavender on the first night. The deeper benefits of colostrum (immune support, gut barrier, recovery) compound over weeks. Give the full ritual two to four weeks before judging.

Is the colostrum vegan?
No. Colostrum is sourced from grass-fed cows, harvested only after calves have had their share. It is not vegan, but it is ethically sourced from dairies that do not displace calves.
Are these products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements and topical skincare are not approved by the FDA in the way pharmaceuticals are. Our products are produced in an FDA-registered, NSF-certified facility under cGMP standards. We follow structure-function guidelines on all our copy and never make drug claims.
