How we get it to you.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are fulfilled on our behalf by a third-party fulfilment centre in Denver, Colorado. We do not currently ship outside North America.

If you're outside our shipping zone and want to be notified when we open up your region, write to support@slumbero.shop and we'll add you to the waitlist.

Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Most orders leave the fulfilment centre within one business day of being placed.

United States. Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $4.99.

Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and the free shipping threshold does not apply. Canadian orders cross a border and cost considerably more to send. They may also attract import duties on delivery, which neither we nor our fulfilment partner is able to prepay.

Subscriptions are not currently available. Every order is a one-time purchase, and nothing recurring is created at checkout.

When subscriptions launch, the amount of each charge, how often it recurs, when the next charge falls due, and how to cancel will all be shown at checkout before you commit.

30-day satisfaction guarantee on first orders. If the ritual isn't working for you within 30 days of receiving your first order, write to us and we'll refund it. No questions, no need to return opened bottles.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
