How we get it to you.

We ship to the United States and Canada from our Denver, Colorado warehouse. We do not currently ship outside North America.

If you're outside our shipping zone and want to be notified when we open up your region, write to support@slumbero.shop and we'll add you to the waitlist.

Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Most orders leave the warehouse within one business day of being placed.

Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $4.99.

Subscriptions ship automatically on the cadence you choose (monthly or every two months). You can pause, skip a shipment, change frequency, or cancel any time from your account portal at /account.

No minimum commitment, no cancellation fee.

30-day satisfaction guarantee on first orders. If the ritual isn't working for you within 30 days of receiving your first order, write to us and we'll refund it. No questions, no need to return opened bottles.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking link. If you don't see it in your inbox within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, or write to us and we'll resend it.
