1. Who we are

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ogaya LLC. "You" means the person using this website or placing an order.
2. Agreement to these terms
By browsing slumbero.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you give us is accurate.
4. Important information about our products
Please read this section before ordering.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Our powder and capsules are dietary supplements. They are not medicines, and nothing on this website is medical advice.
- Our balm is a cosmetic for external use only. Do not eat it. Keep it away from your eyes.
- Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, and especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, living with a medical condition, or taking any medication.
- Allergen notice: our colostrum powder is derived from bovine milk and contains milk. Do not use it if you have a milk allergy. Always read the label on the product you receive, because the label is the authoritative ingredient list.
- Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you have any adverse reaction.
- Individual results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise of any particular outcome.
Our products are manufactured for us in the United States in an FDA-registered facility operating under Good Manufacturing Practice. Those are the facility's credentials, not certifications held by Ogaya LLC.
5. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud or resale.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in United States dollars and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply to your delivery address. Prices can change at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada. Free shipping thresholds apply to United States orders only, and Canadian orders are charged shipping at checkout and may attract import duties on delivery. Timings, rates and the rest of the detail are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you gave us.
8. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains our 30 day satisfaction guarantee, how to request a refund, and what we do about damaged or incorrect items.
9. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not currently available. Every order placed today is a one time purchase, and nothing on this site enrols you in recurring billing.
If we introduce subscriptions later, the amount of each charge, how often it recurs, when the next charge falls due, and how to cancel will all be shown to you at checkout before you commit, and you will be able to cancel at any time from your account.
10. Accuracy of the site
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every description, image or price is free of error. Product images are illustrative, and packaging can change. Where the label on the product you receive differs from the website, the label is correct.
11. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
12. Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with the site or its security, to scrape or copy it at scale, to resell our products without our written permission, or to submit content that is false, abusive, or infringes anyone's rights.
13. Reviews and anything you submit
If you send us a review, comment, photo or suggestion, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to use and publish it in connection with our business. Please only submit content that is genuinely yours and genuinely your own experience. We may decline to publish, or remove, anything that we cannot verify or that makes health claims we are not permitted to publish.
14. Intellectual property
The Slumbero name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to Ogaya LLC or are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
15. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third party site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its policies.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and our products are provided "as is". We do not give any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any product will produce a particular result for you. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ogaya LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ogaya LLC against claims arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
21. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
